The General Secretariat of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees Receives Two International Customer Experience Awards for 2025

The General Secretariat of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Committees (GSTC) has achieved a significant milestone by receiving two bronze awards at the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) held in London, UK. The awards were granted in the categories of “Best Business Transformation" and “Best Innovation in Customer Experience". This recognition acknowledges GSTC's outstanding efforts in providing advanced and innovative digital solutions that streamline litigation procedures and enable clients to easily communicate visually and directly with the committees.

This achievement reflects the significant progress GSTC has made in enhancing digital customer experience within the Kingdom. It is also highlighting the impact several transformative initiatives, most notably "Instant Publication of Decisions" project, which aims to enhance transparency and awareness of the committees' decisions while facilitating beneficiaries' access to such decisions. the initiative also contributed to strengthening digital transformation and aligning with Saudi's Vision 2030 by providing a comprehensive digital experience for all parties involved in Zakat, Tax, and Customs cases, from registration to the issuance of the decision.
