The General Secretariat obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Certification in Quality Management; and that is pursuant from the Secretariat's keenness on abiding by the international standards, achieving excellence in service delivery, and continuing the development of internal businesses and methodologies; which also contributes in enhancing transparency and raising the efficiency level.
