The Ministerial Decision No. (2568) on (12/08/1440 AH) was issued to approve the amendment of some Executive Regulation articles under the Income Tax Law issued by the Ministerial Decision No. (1535) on (11/06/1425 AH); and this came based on the Royal Decree No. (M/70) on (11/07/1439 AH) stating the amendment of the Income Tax Law based on the powers delegated to the Minister of Finance under Article (79) of the Income Tax Law issued by the Royal Decree (M/1) on (15/01/1425 AH).
