Abandon the Case

Start

This service allows the claimant to request abandonment of the pending case through the e-portal (Hiyad), resulting in ending its proceedings in accordance with the approved statutory procedures.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Click the relevant case number.
From the actions menu, select (Request to abandon the case).
Add the text for the abandonment request, upload attachments (if any), then click (Submit).

The applicant must be the claimant or their legal representative, and the case must be pending.
