Appeal Request

This service allows case parties to submit an appeal against the adjudication committee''s decision issued in the case through the e-portal (Hiyad), in the cases where the regulations permit appeal and in accordance with the approved statutory periods and procedures.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Click the relevant case number.
From the actions menu, select (Appeal request) then click (Submit).
Fill in the applicant details and the appeal subject, then review the objected items.
Enter the appeal reasons and add attachments (if any), then click (Create) to execute the request.

The decision must be appealable under the regulations, and the request must be submitted within the statutory period from the date of notification of the decision.
