Correct or Interpret a Decision

This service allows case parties to request correction of purely material clerical or arithmetic errors, or interpretation of any ambiguity in the operative part of the decision, through the e-portal (Hiyad), in accordance with the approved statutory procedures.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Click the relevant case number.
From the actions menu, select (Request decision correction) or (Request decision interpretation).
Enter the request text, add attachments, then click (Submit).

There must be a purely material error (clerical or arithmetic) or ambiguity in the operative part of the decision warranting interpretation, and the applicant must be a party to the case.

No documents required.

Target Audience

The parties to the lawsuit, their legal agents, and their authorized representatives who are permitted to plead before the committees.
