Exchange of Memoranda

Start

This service allows the exchange of memoranda and responses between case parties through the e-portal (Hiyad), within the specified statutory periods and approved procedures.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Click the (Cases requiring action by me) window.
Click the number of the case concerned with the exchange of memoranda.
From the tasks list under (Response of respondent or claimant required), click (Go).
If the party is the respondent, review the case data, fill in the response text and supporting documents, then click (Submit).
If the party is the claimant, select the type of acknowledgement; to respond, fill in the response text, or choose (Reviewed) if no response is desired, then click (Submit).

The submitter must be a party to the case, and the memorandum must be submitted within the specified statutory periods.

Target Audience

The parties to the lawsuit, their legal agents, and their authorized representatives who are permitted to plead before the committees.
