Add or Cancel a Legal Agent and Representative

This service allows adding or cancelling a legal agent or authorized representative to represent one of the case parties through the e-portal (Hiyad), in accordance with the approved statutory requirements and controls.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
From the actions menu, select (Request to add or cancel an authorized representative or legal agent).
When adding a legal agent or authorized representative, fill in the required data then click (Submit).
When cancelling an agent or representative, the system displays the current agents and representatives; the user selects one or more to cancel then clicks (Submit).

The applicant must be a party to the case, and the legal agent or authorized representative must meet the approved controls for pleading before the committees.

Documents proving the legal capacity for representation, as stipulated by the Lawyers' Law.
