Register a New Case

This service allows individuals and taxpayers to file legal cases related to Zakat, tax or customs. Through this e-service, users can register, follow up and manage cases efficiently and transparently through the e-services portal (Hiyad).

Steps to submit a new case:

Sign in and file the case through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Fill in the claimant details.
Fill in the respondent details.
Fill in the case details.
Upload the essential and supporting documents.
Submit the case.

The application of the relevant provisions and controls stipulated in the relevant rules and regulations.

National ID or valid residency permit.
Commercial registration if the lawsuit is filed by a company or institution.
Articles of Association if the lawsuit is filed by a company.
Partners' resolution appointing a manager if the articles of association do not stipulate a manager.
Upload essential and supporting documents.
Statement of claim including:
- Subject of the lawsuit with a statement of the parties and their contact information.
- Detailed grounds for the lawsuit.
- Clear and specific requests of the plaintiff.
- Supporting evidence for the claim.
- Signature of the party filing the statement, including name, legal capacity, and contact number.
- Attach the statement in the following formats: Word, PDF.
