Petition for Reconsideration

This service allows case parties to submit a petition for reconsideration of the decision issued in the case through the e-portal (Hiyad), in the cases permitted by the regulations and in accordance with the approved statutory procedures and periods.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Click the relevant case number.
From the actions menu, select (Petition request), then review the request data and select the petition reason.
Fill in the petition subject and review the objected items.
Add the petition request attachments then click (Create) to execute the request.

The case must be one in which the regulations permit a petition, and it must be submitted within the specified statutory periods.

Supporting documents for the request for reconsideration, in accordance with the cases stipulated in the Sharia Procedure Law and its implementing regulations.

Target Audience

The parties to the lawsuit, their legal agents, and their authorized representatives who are permitted to plead before the committees.
