Reinstate a Struck-off Case

Start

This service allows case parties to reinstate a struck-off case through the e-portal (Hiyad), in accordance with the approved statutory cases and procedures.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Click the relevant case number.
From the actions menu, select (Request to reinstate a struck-off case) then click (Submit).
Add the text for the reinstatement request, upload attachments (if any), then click (Submit).

The case must be struck off, and the statutory situation permitting its reinstatement must be met.

No documents required.

Target Audience

The parties to the lawsuit, their legal agents, and their authorized representatives who are permitted to plead before the committees.
