Suspend or Resume Case Proceedings

This service allows case parties to submit a request to suspend the case or to resume its proceedings through the e-portal (Hiyad), in accordance with the approved statutory cases and procedures.

Sign in through the e-services portal (Hiyad portal).
Click the relevant case number.
From the actions menu, select (Request to suspend the case) or (Request to resume the case proceedings).
Add the text for the suspension or resumption request, upload attachments, then click (Submit).

The applicant must be a party to the case, and the situation must be one in which the regulations permit suspension or resumption.

No documents required.

Target Audience

The parties to the lawsuit, their legal agents, and their authorized representatives who are permitted to plead before the committees.
