The General Secretariat of Tax Committees launched an e-services portal, through which it seeks to facilitate the communication with the clients; as the portal offers a full range of services including:
- Filing lawsuits.
- Exchanging memoranda electronically.
- Enabling the lawsuit parties to follow its status periodically.
- Setting the dates for the lawsuit hearing sessions.
- Obtaining a copy of the competent Circuit’s decision upon its issuance.
- Filing appeals.
- Submitting petitions for review.
The portal has been linked to a set of relevant governmental systems; in order to obtain the data and validate the input information:
- Revenue System (General Authority for Zakat and Income “GAZT”)
- National Information Center System (NIC)
- Ministry of Industry and Commerce System (MIC)
- Najez System (Ministry of Justice)
- Qawaem System (Ministry of Commerce)
