Oversee the procedures for processing claims, exchanging pleadings, and
preparing cases.
Review and analyze claims from legal, accounting, and technical

and prepare reports for presentation to the adjudicatory panels.
Provide legal, technical, and administrative support to the panels before,
during, and after hearings.
Offer opinions and participate in studies related to relevant laws and
regulations.
Conduct legal, technical, and accounting research, studies, and
consultations.
Extract judicial principles from the decisions of appellate panels.
Classify, categorize, and publish decisions issued by the panels.
Monitor approved panel performance indicators and established targets.
Prepare annual statistics on panel activities, decisions, and litigation
durations.
Collaborate with the relevant departments of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs
