The Decision No. (2216) on (07/07/1440 AH) was issued by His Excellency the Minister of Finance to approve the executive regulation for the Zakat Collection; in order to replace the regulation issued by the Ministerial Decree No. (2082) on (01/06/1438 AH), and all the previous decisions, instructions and circulars concerning the Zakat Collection; and cancel all the contradicting provisions.
